JEDDAH, Mar. 24, 2016 (AMP) — Russia 2018 (Asian Qualifiers) : Saudi Arabia defeated Malaysia by a score of 2-0 (halftime: 0-0), in a World Cup qualifying game on Thursday night at the King Abdullah International Stadium in Jeddah.
The result put the Saudi top of Group A with 19 points. Malaysia is fourth with 4 points. In their last game, Saudi Arabia will meet second-placed the United Arab Emirates at the King Abdullah International Stadium on March 29.
