AMMAN, Oct. 13, 2015 (AMP) — Russia 2018 (Asian Qualifiers) : Jordan defeated Tajikistan by a score of 3-0 (halftime: 0-0), in a qualifying game for the 2018 FIFA World Cup on Tuesday night at the Amman International Stadium.
Al-Dardour scored dual goals
Tajikistan made the Jordanians doubt themselves for forty-five minutes. 0-0 at half time. Everything was settled in the second period with goals by Al-Dardour ('65, '90) and Abdel-Fattah ('67).
The result put the Jordanians top of Group B with 13 points. Tajikistan is fourth with 2 points. In their next game, Jordan will meet third-placed Kyrgyzstan at the Amman International Stadium on November 17, while Tajikistan will face Bangladesh.
