World Cup 2018 Qualifiers : Kyrgyzstan defeats Jordan 1-0
BISHKEK, Nov. 17, 2015 (AMP) — Russia 2018 (Asian Qualifiers) : Kyrgyzstan defeated Jordan by a score of 1-0 (halftime: 0-0), in a qualifying game for the 2018 FIFA World Cup on Tuesday night at the Spartak Stadium in Bishkek.
45 minutes of play and neither the Kyrgyzs nor the Jordanians have managed to pull ahead. 0-0 at half time. Everything was settled in the second period with a saving goal by Zemlianukhin in the 48th minute.
The result put the Jordanians second in Group B with 13 points. Kyrgyzstan is third with 11 points. In their next game, Jordan will meet Bangladesh at the Spartak Stadium on March 24, while Kyrgyzstan will face Tajikistan.
