BANGALORE, Nov. 12, 2015 (AMP) — Russia 2018 (Asian Qualifiers) : India defeated Guam by a score of 1-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a qualifying game for the 2018 FIFA World Cup on Thursday night at the Sree Kanteerava Stadium in Bangalore.
All the action happened in the first half, with R. Singh goal in the 10th minute.
The result put the Agana fourth in Group D with 7 points. India is bottom with 3 points. In their next game, Guam will meet group leaders Iran at the Sree Kanteerava Stadium on November 17, while India will face Iran.
