DOHA, Sep. 5, 2017 (AMP) — Russia 2018 (Asian Qualifiers) : China defeated Qatar by a score of 2-1 (halftime: 0-0), in a World Cup qualifying game on Tuesday night at the Khalifa International Stadium in Doha.
Both teams held off against each other during the first 45 minutes of the game. 0-0 at half time. Everything was decided in the second period with goals by [[Xiao Zhi ('74) and Wu Lei ('84).
