VANCOUVER, Nov. 13, 2015 (AMP) — Russia 2018 (American Qualifiers) : Canada defeated Honduras by a score of 1-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a qualifying game for the 2018 FIFA World Cup on Friday night at BC Place in Vancouver.
All the action happened in the first half, with Larin goal in the 38th minute.
The result put the Canadians top of Group A with 3 points. In their next game, Canada will meet El Salvador at BC Place on November 17, while Honduras will face Mexico.
