GERMANY, Sep. 12, 2014 (AMP) — 2. Bundesliga / Match day 5: The match between VfL Bochum and Karlsruher SC ended in a frustrating 1-1 draw on Friday.
Karlsruher SC players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Spanish midfielder Manuel Torres in the 19th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by VfL Bochum with a saving goal from Japanese midfielder Yusuke Tasaka in the 62nd minute.
VfL Bochum are down in third place with 9 points from 5 games, 2 points behind 1. FC Kaiserslautern.
