GERMANY, Sep. 25, 2014 (AMP) — 2. Bundesliga / Match day 7: The match between VfL Bochum and Fortuna Düsseldorf ended in a frustrating 1-1 draw on Thursday.
VfL Bochum players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Austrian forward Michael Gregoritsch in the 14th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Fortuna Düsseldorf with a saving goal from Finnish forward Joel Pohjanpalo in the 67th minute.
VfL Bochum are down in fourth place with 13 points from 7 games, one point behind 1. FC Kaiserslautern.
