2. Bundesliga (Week 27) : Leipzig defeats Nürnberg 2-1
GERMANY, Apr. 5, 2015 (AMP) — 2. Bundesliga / Match day 27: After losing 1-0 to FC Heidenheim on March 22, Die Bullen bounced back with a 2-1 victory over FC Nürnberg this Sunday.
FC Nürnberg had started off well by taking the lead in the 29th minute with a goal by Austrian forward Guido Burgstaller. Trailing 1-0 at half time, Die Bullen nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Reyna '46 and Kaiser '76).
RB Leipzig climbed to 6th place with 40 points from 27 games, only one point behind Eintracht Braunschweig.
