GERMANY, Apr. 5, 2015 (AMP) — 2. Bundesliga / Match day 27: After their 0-0 draw against Eintracht Braunschweig on March 21, Die Schanzer bounced back with a 2-0 victory over FSV Frankfurt this Sunday.
FC Ingolstadt dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by defender Benjamin Hübner in the 22nd minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Die Schanzer further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Hinterseer in the 58th minute.
FC Ingolstadt 04 remains in first place with 52 points from 27 games, a 3-point lead over runner-up 1. FC Kaiserslautern.
