GERMANY, Dec. 11, 2015 (AMP) — 2. Bundesliga / Match day 18: After their 1-1 draw against FC Heidenheim on December 6, VfL Bochum returned to winning ways with a 4-0 victory over Paderborn this Friday.
Mlapa Peniel scored dual goals
VfL Bochum dominated the first half thanks to goals from Mlapa Peniel ('8, '10) and Hoogland ('31). Leading 3-0 at the break, VfL Bochum players further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Bastians in stoppage time.
VfL Bochum climbed to 6th place with 27 points from 18 games, only one point behind Eintracht Braunschweig.
