Florian Niederlechner scored dual goals
SC Freiburg dominated the first half thanks to goals from Niederlechner ('9), Grifo ('39) and Frantz ('41). Leading 3-1 at the break, the Breisgau-Brasilianer further widened their lead in the second period with another goal by Niederlechner in the 78th minute.
SC Freiburg remains in second place with 47 points from 24 games, 6 points behind RB Leipzig.
