GERMANY, Oct. 3, 2016 (AMP) — 2. Bundesliga / Match day 8: After their 1-1 draw against VfL Bochum on September 23, Die Roten returned to winning ways with a 4-0 victory over SpVgg Greuther Fürth this Monday.
Mane Carlos scored dual goals
Stuttgart dominated the first half thanks to goals from Mane Carlos ('2, '4) and Pavard ('24). Leading 3-0 at the break, Die Roten further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Gentner with just 10 minutes remaining in regulation time.
VfB Stuttgart climbed to third place with 16 points from 8 games, only one point behind Hannover 96.
