ALGERIA, Oct. 22, 2016 (AMP) — Algerian league / Match day 8: After their 0-0 draw against RC Relizane on October 14, the Black Eagles bounced back with a 2-0 victory over CA Batna this Saturday.
ES Setif dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Djahnit Akram in the 11th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Black Eagles further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Amokrane Abdelhakim with just 4 minutes remaining in regulation time.
ES Setif climbed to third place with 15 points from 8 games, 2 points behind MC Oran.
