Algerian league (Week 9) : ESS beats NAHD 2-0
ALGERIA, Oct. 29, 2016 (AMP) — Algerian league / Match day 9: Two wins in a row for ES Setif. After their 2-0 win against CA Batna on October 22, the Black Eagles continued their sensational form in the Algerian league with a 2-0 victory over NA Hussein Dey this Saturday.
ES Setif dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Amokrane Abdelhakim in the 44th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Black Eagles further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Rachid Nadji with just 8 minutes remaining in regulation time.
ES Setif climbed to second place with 18 points from 9 games, only one point behind USM Alger.
