DUSHANBE, Aug. 3, 1999 (AMP) — Lebanon 2000 (Qualifiers) : Oman defeated Kyrgyzstan by a score of 3-0 (halftime: 2-0), in a qualifying game for the 2000 AFC Asian Cup on Tuesday.
The result put the Omani top of Group 1 with 3 points. In their next game, Oman will meet second-placed Iraq on August 5, while Kyrgyzstan will face Tajikistan.
