KUWAIT, Feb. 12, 2000 (AMP) — Lebanon 2000 (Qualifiers) : Nepal defeated Bhutan by a score of 3-0 (halftime: 2-0), in a qualifying game for the 2000 AFC Asian Cup on Saturday.
The result put the Nepalese third in Group 5 with 3 points. In their next game, Nepal will meet Turkmenistan on February 14, while Bhutan will face Kuwait.
