KUWAIT, Feb. 14, 2000 (AMP) — Lebanon 2000 (Qualifiers) : Kuwait defeated Bhutan by a big score of 20-0 (halftime: 10-0), in a qualifying game for the 2000 AFC Asian Cup on Monday.
The result put the Kuwaiti top of Group 5 with 6 points. Bhutan is bottom with no points. In their next game, Kuwait will meet third-placed Yemen on February 16, while Bhutan will face Turkmenistan.
