GERMANY, Nov. 1, 2014 (AMP) — Bundesliga / Match day 10: After losing 6-0 to Bayern Munich on October 24 and 0-1 to FC Köln on October 24, Die Werderaner returned to winning ways with a 2-1 victory over Mainz this Saturday.
Franco Di Santo scored dual goals
Mainz forward Shinji Okazaki opened the score in the 3rd minute, before seeing Werder Bremen catch up in the 44th minute thanks to Franco Di Santo. 1-1 at half time. Die Werderaner eventually won the game in the second period with with another goal by Di Santo in the 50th minute.
