GERMANY, Oct. 26, 2014 (AMP) — Bundesliga / Match day 9: After a 2-1 victory over Augsburg on October 18, the O-Fives lost 3-0 against Wolfsburg.
Wolfsburg dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Brazilian defender Naldo in the 15th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Die Wölfe further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Perisic '59 and Caligiuri '87).
VfL Wolfsburg climbed to second place with 17 points from 9 games, 3 points behind Bayern Munich, which has a game in hand.
