GERMANY, Oct. 18, 2014 (AMP) — Bundesliga / Match day 8: Three wins in a row for Wolfsburg. After their success against Werder Bremen and Augsburg, Die Wölfe continued their sensational form in the Bundesliga with a 2-1 victory over SC Freiburg this Saturday.
Daniel Caligiuri scored dual goals
Wolfsburg dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by midfielder Daniel Caligiuri in the 8th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Die Wölfe further widened their lead in the second period with another goal by Caligiuri in the 66th minute.
VfL Wolfsburg climbed to fourth place with 14 points from 8 games, tie on points with 1. FSV Mainz 05.
