GERMANY, Oct. 18, 2014 (AMP) — Bundesliga / Match day 8: After their 1-1 draw against Mainz on October 5, the Foals returned to winning ways with a 3-0 victory over Hannover 96 this Saturday.
Max Kruse scored dual goals
Mönchengladbach dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by forward Max Kruse in the 14th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Foals further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Xhaka '49 and Kruse '90).
Borussia Mönchengladbach climbed to second place with 16 points from 8 games, 4 points behind Bayern Munich.
