GERMANY, Oct. 5, 2014 (AMP) — Bundesliga / Match day 7: Two wins in a row for Wolfsburg. After their 2-1 win against Werder Bremen on September 27, Die Wölfe continued their sensational form in the Bundesliga with a 1-0 victory over Augsburg this Sunday.
45 minutes of play and neither Wolfsburg nor Augsburg have managed to pull ahead. 0-0 at half time. Everything was decided in the second period with a saving goal by Brazilian defender Naldo in the 58th minute.
VfL Wolfsburg climbed to 6th place with 11 points from 7 games, only one point behind Eintracht Frankfurt.
