Bundesliga (Week 11) : Bremen beats Stuttgart 2-0
GERMANY, Nov. 8, 2014 (AMP) — Bundesliga / Match day 11: Two wins in a row for Werder Bremen. After their 1-2 win against Mainz on November 1, Die Werderaner continued their sensational form in the Bundesliga with a 2-0 victory over Stuttgart this Saturday.
Werder Bremen dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Austrian defender Sebastian Prödl in the 30th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Die Werderaner further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Bartels in the 57th minute.
SV Werder Bremen climbed to 15th place with 10 points from 11 games, only one point behind Hertha Berlin.
