Bundesliga (Week 20) : HSV beats Hannover 2-1

GERMANY, Feb. 7, 2015 (AMP) — Bundesliga / Match day 20: Two wins in a row for Hamburger SV. After their 0-3 win against Paderborn on February 4, Hamburger SV continued their sensational form in the Bundesliga with a 2-1 victory over Hannover 96 this Saturday.

Hamburger SV dominated the first half as a result of the unfortunate own goal scored by Brazilian defender Marcelo in the 26th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Hamburger SV players further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Jansen in the 50th minute.

Hannover 96 remains in 8th place with 25 points from 20 games, one point behind TSG 1899 Hoffenheim.
