GERMANY, Sep. 26, 2015 (AMP) — Bundesliga / Match day 7: After their 1-1 draw against Borussia Dortmund on September 23, Hoffenheim bounced back with a 3-1 victory over Augsburg this Saturday.
Kevin Volland scored dual goals
Hoffenheim forward Kevin Volland opened the score in the 10th minute, before seeing Augsburg catch up in the 38th minute thanks to Koo Cheol Ja. 1-1 at half time. Hoffenheim eventually won the game in the second period with two more goals by Volland ('68 on penalty) and Schmid ('73).
TSG 1899 Hoffenheim climbed to 15th place with 5 points from 7 games, only one point behind Borussia Mönchengladbach.
