Bundesliga (Week 7) : Wolfsburg and Hannover tied at 1-1
GERMANY, Sep. 26, 2015 (AMP) — Bundesliga / Match day 7: Wolfsburg was held to a 1-1 draw by Hannover 96 on Saturday.
Wolfsburg players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Dutch forward Bas Dost in the 40th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Hannover 96 with a saving goal from Japanese midfielder Hiroshi Kiyotake in the 57th minute.
VfL Wolfsburg remains in fourth place with 12 points from 7 games, one point behind FC Schalke 04, which has a game in hand.
