Bundesliga (Week 17) : Eintracht beats Bremen 2-1
GERMANY, Dec. 19, 2015 (AMP) — Bundesliga / Match day 17: After four straigth defeats, the Eagles bounced back with a 2-1 victory over Werder Bremen this Saturday.
Werder Bremen forward Pizarro Claudio opened the score in the 29th minute, before seeing Eintracht Frankfurt catch up in the 31st minute thanks to Alexander Meier. 1-1 at half time. The Eagles eventually won the game in the second period with with a goal by Aigner in the 48th minute.
Eintracht Frankfurt climbed to 14th place with 17 points from 17 games, only one point behind SV Darmstadt 98, which has a game in hand.
