Bundesliga (Week 20) : M'Gladbach defeats Bremen 5-1
GERMANY, Feb. 5, 2016 (AMP) — Bundesliga / Match day 20: After losing 1-3 to Borussia Dortmund on January 29 and 1-0 to Mainz on January 29, the Foals returned to winning ways with a 5-1 victory over Werder Bremen this Friday.
Andreas Christensen scored dual goals
Mönchengladbach dominated the first half thanks to goals from Stindl ('12) and Christensen ('31). Leading 2-0 at the break, the Foals further widened their lead in the second period by scoring three times (Christensen '50, Raffael Caetano '70/penalty and Nordtveit '88).
Borussia Mönchengladbach climbed to fourth place with 32 points from 20 games, 2 points behind Hertha Berlin, which has a game in hand.
