GERMANY, Sep. 11, 2016 (AMP) — Bundesliga / Match day 2: After losing 0-2 to Wolfsburg on August 27, Augsburg returned to winning ways with a 2-1 victory over Werder Bremen this Sunday.
Werder Bremen had started off well by taking the lead in the 45th minute with a goal by Johannsson Aron on penalty. Trailing 1-0 at half time, Augsburg players nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Gouweleeuw Jeffrey '52 and Stafylidis '73).
