GERMANY, Sep. 21, 2016 (AMP) — Bundesliga / Match day 4: Four wins in a row for Bayern Munich. After their success against Werder Bremen, Schalke 04 and FC Ingolstadt, the Bavarians continued their sensational form in the Bundesliga with a 3-0 victory over Hertha Berlin this Wednesday.
Bayern Munich dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by French midfielder Franck Ribéry in the 16th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Bavarians further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Alcántara '68 and Robben '72).
Bayern Munich remains in first place with 12 points from 4 games, a 2-point lead over runner-up 1. FC Köln.
