Bundesliga (Week 4) : FC Köln beats Schalke 04 3-1
GERMANY, Sep. 21, 2016 (AMP) — Bundesliga / Match day 4: Two wins in a row for FC Köln. After their 3-0 win against SC Freiburg on September 16, the Billy Goats continued their sensational form in the Bundesliga with a 3-1 victory over Schalke 04 this Wednesday.
Schalke 04 forward Klaas-Jan Huntelaar opened the score in the 36th minute, before seeing FC Köln catch up in the 38th minute thanks to Yuya Osako. 1-1 at half time. The Billy Goats eventually won the game in the second period with two more goals by Modeste ('77) and Zoller ('83).
1. FC Köln climbed to second place with 10 points from 4 games, 2 points behind Bayern Munich.
