GERMANY, Oct. 1, 2016 (AMP) — Bundesliga / Match day 6: After their 3-3 draw against Eintracht Frankfurt on September 24, the Old Lady returned to winning ways with a 2-0 victory over Hamburger SV this Saturday.
Vedad Ibisevic scored dual goals
Hertha Berlin dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Bosnian forward Vedad Ibisevic in the 29th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Old Lady further widened their lead in the second period with another goal by Ibisevic on penalty in the 70th minute.
Hertha Berlin climbed to second place with 13 points from 6 games, 3 points behind Bayern Munich.
