GERMANY, Oct. 1, 2016 (AMP) — Bundesliga / Match day 6: After three straigth victories against Darmstadt 98, Wolfsburg and SC Freiburg, BVB lost 2-0 against Bayer Leverkusen.
Bayer Leverkusen dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Swiss forward Admir Mehmedi in the 10th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, Bayer Leverkusen players further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Hernández in the 79th minute.
Borussia Dortmund are down in third place with 12 points from 6 games, one point behind Hertha Berlin.
