GERMANY, Apr. 8, 2017 (AMP) — Bundesliga / Match day 28: After a 1-0 victory over Eintracht Frankfurt on April 4, the Billy Goats lost 3-2 against Mönchengladbach.
Mönchengladbach defender Jannik Vestergaard opened the score in the 13th minute, before seeing FC Köln catch up in the 18th minute thanks to Christian Clemens. 1-1 at half time. The Foals eventually won the game in the second period with two more goals by Hazard ('55) and Stindl ('80).
1. FC Köln are down in 6th place with 40 points from 28 games, one point behind SC Freiburg.
