CAIRO, Jan. 21, 2006 (AMP) — Egypt 2006 : Cameroon defeated Angola by a score of 3-1 (halftime: 2-1), in a AFCON group stage game on Saturday afternoon.

The result put the Cameroonians top of Group B with 3 points. In their next game, Cameroon will meet Togo on January 25, while Angola will face DR Congo.
