CAIRO, Jan. 25, 2006 (AMP) — Egypt 2006 : Cameroon defeated Togo by a score of 2-0 (halftime: 0-0), in a AFCON group stage game on Wednesday night.

The result put the Cameroonians top of Group B with 6 points. Togo is bottom with no points. In their last game, Cameroon will meet second-placed DR Congo on January 29, while Togo will face Angola.
