FORT-DE-FRANCE, Nov. 28, 2010 (AMP) — Martinique 2010 : Grenada defeated Trinidad and Tobago by a score of 1-0 (halftime: 0-0), in a Caribbean Cup group stage game (Group H) on Sunday afternoon.
