FORT-DE-FRANCE, Nov. 28, 2010 (AMP) — Martinique 2010 : Cuba defeated Martinique by a score of 1-0 (halftime: 1-0), in a Caribbean Cup group stage game (Group H) on Sunday night.

The result put the Cubans top of the group with 6 points. Martinique is third with one point. In their last game, Cuba will meet second-placed Grenada on November 30, while Martinique will face Trinidad and Tobago.
