Mar. 26, 2016 (AMP) — USA 2017 (Qualifiers) : The United States Virgin Islands defeated Sint Maarten by a score of 2-1 (halftime: 1-0), in a Caribbean Cup qualifying game on Saturday night.
The United States Virgin Islands dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Herring in the 24th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the U.S. Virgin Islanders further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Wrensford in the 76th minute.
