ENGLAND, Oct. 4, 2014 (AMP) — Championship / Match day 11: The match between Charlton Athletic and Birmingham City ended in a 1-1 draw on Saturday.
Charlton Athletic players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Angolan forward Igor Vetokele in the 11th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Birmingham City with a saving goal from Birmingham City midfielder David Davis in the 53rd minute.
Charlton Athletic FC remains in 6th place with 19 points from 11 games, one point behind Middlesbrough FC.
