ENGLAND, Oct. 3, 2014 (AMP) — Championship / Match day 11: After their 1-1 draw against Middlesbrough on September 30, the Seasiders returned to winning ways with a 1-0 victory over Cardiff City this Friday.
Cardiff City made Blackpool doubt themselves for forty-five minutes. 0-0 at half time. Everything was settled in the second period with a saving goal by Ivorian forward François Zoko in the 64th minute.
Cardiff City remains in 14th place with 13 points from 11 games, one point behind Brentford FC, which has a game in hand.
