Championship (Week 18) : Blackburn beats Leeds United 2-1
ENGLAND, Nov. 22, 2014 (AMP) — Championship / Match day 18: After their 2-2 draw against Millwall on November 8 and 1-1 draw against Brighton & Hove Albion on November 8, Rovers bounced back with a 2-1 victory over Leeds United this Saturday.
Rhodes scored dual goals
Leeds United had started off well by taking the lead in the 33rd minute with a goal by French forward Souleymane Doukara. Trailing 1-0 at half time, Rovers nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Rhodes '71, '88 on penalty).
Blackburn Rovers FC climbed to 6th place with 30 points from 18 games, only one point behind Brentford FC.
