Championship (Week 32) : Derby County defeats Sheffield Wednesday 3-2

ENGLAND, Feb. 21, 2015 (AMP) — Championship / Match day 32: After their 2-2 draw against Bournemouth on February 17 and 3-3 draw against Rotherham United on February 17, the Rams returned to winning ways with a 3-2 victory over Sheffield Wednesday this Saturday.

Jake Buxton scored dual goals

Sheffield Wednesday had started off well by taking the lead in the 20th minute with a goal by midfielder Lewis McGugan. Trailing 1-0 at half time, the Rams nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring three times in the second period (Buxton '47, '68 and Bent '77 on penalty).

Derby County FC climbed to first place with 62 points from 32 games, a 2-point lead over runner-up Middlesbrough FC.
