Championship (Week 34) : Watford beats Leeds United 3-2
ENGLAND, Feb. 28, 2015 (AMP) — Championship / Match day 34: Two wins in a row for Watford. After their 3-0 win against Rotherham United on February 24, the Hornets continued their sensational form in the Championship with a 3-2 victory over Leeds United this Saturday.
Matěj Vydra scored dual goals
Leeds United had started off well by taking the lead thanks to goals by Sharp ('7) and Austin ('19), while Watford only scored once Deeney ('39). Trailing 2-1 at half time, the Hornets nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Vydra '56, '81).
Watford FC climbed to third place with 62 points from 34 games, only one point behind Middlesbrough FC.
