Championship (Week 26) : Blackburn draw 1-1 with QPR
ENGLAND, Jan. 12, 2016 (AMP) — Championship / Match day 26: The match between Blackburn Rovers and QPR ended in a 1-1 draw on Tuesday.
QPR players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Dutch midfielder Leroy Fer in the 24th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Blackburn Rovers with a saving goal from Blackburn Rovers defender Hope Akpan in the 85th minute.
Queens Park Rangers are down in 17th place with 31 points from 26 games, tie on points with Huddersfield Town AFC.
