Championship (Week 30) : Burton defeats Wolverhampton Wanderers 2-1
ENGLAND, Feb. 4, 2017 (AMP) — Championship / Match day 30: After losing 0-2 to Fulham on February 1, the Brewers returned to winning ways with a 2-1 victory over Wolverhampton Wanderers this Saturday.
Wolverhampton Wanderers had started off well by taking the lead in the 40th minute with a goal by Portuguese forward Costa Helder on penalty. Trailing 1-0 at half time, the Brewers nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Kightly '60 and Woodrow '90).
Wolverhampton Wanderers FC are down in 17th place with 35 points from 29 games, one point behind Cardiff City.
