ENGLAND, Mar. 11, 2017 (AMP) — Championship / Match day 37: After a 0-0 draw with Reading on March 7, the Magpies lost 3-1 against Fulham.
Sessegnon Ryan scored dual goals
Fulham dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by midfielder Cairney Tom in the 15th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Cottages further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Sessegnon Ryan '51, '59).
Newcastle United remains in first place with 77 points from 37 games, tie on points with runner-up Brighton and Hove Albion FC.
