ENGLAND, Apr. 1, 2017 (AMP) — Championship / Match day 39: Three wins in a row for Aston Villa. After their success against Sheffield Wednesday and Wigan Athletic, the Villans continued their sensational form in the Championship with a 2-0 victory over Norwich City this Saturday.

Jonathan Kodjia scored dual goals

Aston Villa dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by French forward Jonathan Kodjia in the 25th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Villans further widened their lead in the second period with another goal by Kodjia with just 3 minutes remaining in regulation time.

Norwich City are down in 9th place with 57 points from 39 games, one point behind Preston North End FC.
