ENGLAND, Apr. 29, 2017 (AMP) — Championship / Match day 45: After a 0-1 victory over Wolverhampton Wanderers on April 25, the Terriers lost 2-0 against Birmingham City.
Birmingham City dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by defender Jonathan Grounds in the 41st minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Blues further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Gardner on penalty in the 76th minute.
Huddersfield Town AFC are down in fifth place with 81 points from 45 games, tie on points with Sheffield Wednesday FC.
